INTEGRATED SUPPLY/3PIMM

West Enterprises core service offering is full Third Party Indirect Materials Management, or 3PIMM. This service is also sometimes referred to as Integrated Supply or Indirect Materials Management (IMM). As the variety of labels indicates, there are a great number of definitions of what the service encompasses; and WE recognizes that it can vary from company to company. For this reason, we have developed our program to be scalable to fit the needs of virtually any organization interested in such an endeavor.

Typically, 3PIMM programs are designed to alleviate most, if not all, indirect materials responsibilities from the client organization. Based upon the Scope of Work (SOW), West Enterprises can handle all procurement, inventory management, supply chain management, A/P functions, Warranty and Repair administration, and even provide all personnel needed to manage the indirect materials process. We can staff the client location with a Site Manager, Buyers, Storekeepers, Crib Supervisors, Receiving personnel, Floor Supervisors, Crib Attendants, Material Handlers, etc. We can provide a fully functional, web-enabled management platform for inventory, procurement and reporting functions, work within the clients’ existing systems or design a custom solution utilizing a combination approach. In short, WE will work with the customer to devise a strategy that addresses their short-term and long-term goals, while providing a service that impacts their bottom line.
