Our programs begin with a detailed discussion of the purpose of the initiative which we call Goal Alignment. During this process, key stakeholders are identified, their needs are prioritized and interdisciplinary relationships are reviewed. Next, this thorough understanding is documented during the Program Management phase and a comprehensive program is designed to achieve the goals of the engagement. This framework serves as a roadmap to implementing and managing the program. The third component of the West Enterprises value proposition is Cost Savings. The premise of this area is successful measurement and analysis of the results of the program. Based upon the previously identified goals, key metrics are developed to track and publish the effects of the implemented changes.
